The PENN Overseas II Offshore Spinning Rod is designed for anglers active worldwide who don’t want to compromise on power and portability. Thanks to the 4-piece construction, this rod combines a compact transport length with the action of a full-fledged offshore spinning rod.
The blank is built from 24T carbon, providing a strong backbone with plenty of sensitivity in the tip. This allows you to cast and actively present heavy shads, stickbaits, and jigs with control. At the same time, you maintain maximum control when fighting powerful saltwater species.
The rod features Fuji® stainless steel guides with aluminum oxide rings. These are saltwater resistant and suitable for braided lines. The Fuji® DPS reel seat secures your reel firmly, even under heavy loads. The high-density EVA handle provides grip and comfort, even in wet conditions.
